Error In Mannasim Generated Tcl File

Hi,

I intend to use mannasim script generator tool to create mobile nodes for routing protocols like aodv, leach , dsdv and dsr.

To be best of my knowledge, WSN nodes in mannasim are assumed to be static but I would like to know if there is a resource available which explains how the tcl code can be modified to achieve node mobility.

I have tried searching google but I haven't gotten satisfying search result.

It seems is better to ask an experienced ns2/mannasim user.

i run leach protocol on ns2.34
from the package provided is

why it is not complete ?

I have been trying to get information on how to process the output of a tcl file (aodv and leach protocol using mannasim) which I got on my command line Iinterface. Actually, I don't even know the keywords to search as I am new to this and other minor attempts haven't yielded positive results., I know there is usually a trace file but I can't see any. All I see is on my command line.

I also observe that it took the space on the entire screen and I can't copy the output from the start ( I could only copy from node 19 out of 30 nodes) because of the huge number of output lines.

The last thing I havent been able to figure ou is whether temperature is equivalent to energy Iin mannasim as mannasim has only temperature and carbon dioxide?

I have installed LEACH in NS-2.34 (ubunto-14.04)

I could run it successfully..

But it always stopped in a few seconds without sending data

i.e. Total Data=0

And it consumed a large energy!!!!

It didn't show any error in leach.error

Is it a logical error or others?

when running leach. i got different leach.out
first i was confusing is it correct or no.

for example, one of them show that there is a collision. some times one TDMAschedule.txt file generated and some times more than one.

every time i run leach_test the out put differ. but i notice that in coditions.txt ==> the desired number of clusters is always 1

first, how can i change this value. and how it will effect on leach.out?

second, i need some illustration on how to understand leach.out to be able to determine it is correct or not.

I am interested in evaluating the energy efficiency for aodv and leach protocol. I havent been able to get through with mannasim because of this error:

ns:

: invalid command name "DataGenerator/TemperatureDataGenerator"
while executing
"DataGenerator/TemperatureDataGenerator set sensing_interval_ 0.0"

Do anyone have a link that could be of help? Also I would appreciate if anyone has a file/link in which energy efficiency of this two protocols have been evaluated on ns2.

In my Ubuntu 14.04 something happened to gnuplot app. When I invoke a command gnuplot filename.gnu no canvas is generated. I think it began about a month ago but at that time I worked on this machine via a remote desktop and I thought, mistakenly, that the plot actually was generated on the major machine and I could not see it. I operated at that time via a laptop. So, today is the first day I am testing this software on my desktop and lo and behold no plot is generated.

When command is run Ubuntu does not come to the command prompt. It gets suspended and waits. If I click RETURN button, the command prompt will again appear but where is the plot?

I hope I made my plight clear.

Needles to say I have used gnuplot many times in the past although perhaps in Ubunutu VM which I will test shortly.

I also made sure that gnuplot is installed, trying to do

Hi. I have some doubts regarding “LEACH” protocol. I’m using ns-2.34 on Ubuntu 10.04 and patched leach protocol by following below link. I got ‘leach.out’ file, but I didn’t get ‘leach.err’ file.

Then I want to check out the leach source code file. The source code of the leach is not found in that folder. I ran out the leach test file and I’ve got a warning message.

I generated and uploaded a public key through SSH Client software to our dedicated server. It works fine from the computer I have generated.

My laptop windows become corrupt and I downloaded this key from my email that is attached previously.

Now I am trying to import in SSH Client but its throwing error that unable to read this key file

Can I generate public key from our dedicated server and upload as attachment in my email so that whenever I want I can use and access our server from any machine?
