Hi,
ISOs available in this site are really working ??
I have tried searching the net to download ISOs of U-lite Linux and Fluxbuntu, but to no avail. It would be a very helpful if someone provides the needful.
Thank you,
My knowledge & even potential are not very good, to be honest. I have Debian running as a server at home. I rent a dedicated server (wicked cheap) for backup & web experimenting (it too runs Debian). Having said that, I am trying to install Debian on a different system which I hope to be my new home server.
It is a Dell Inspiron 2020 AIO. I just have the motherboard & internal components. I have no LCD connector or screen. It has no video-out capability (no VGA/DVI/DP/etc). Obviously, I can not see anything when it boots. It has two SATA ports on the motherboard. I do not know if it supports booting over USB (I assume it does). PXE, I do not know.
Is there a project somewhere that offers ISOs (or SIMPLE scripts/configs/etc to make your own). I would love an automagic ISO that will do:
1. base/headless installation of Debian x64
2. any repository (Georgia Tech would be great)
3. Automatic partitioning (one for / and one for Swap, at 2x RAM (8GB partition))
4. root/toor preconfigured
5. Open-ssh, so that I can actually finally "see" what I am doing.
Is there a mouse-jockey idiot way that I can do this without being able to see anything?
I have found info on FAI & various install wrappers. They are immensely complicated to someone like me. I was wondering if there exists a simple solution. Perhaps a project I can not find through websearching?
It does not have to be Debian. I am just more accustomed to Debian. I have played with Slackware, Arch, Centos, Red Hat, Fedora, Suse, TinyCoreLinux, PuppyOS, DSL, Knoppix, FreeBSD, NetBSD, PC-BSD, OpenBSD, and more.

Hello, My issue is very common but, not able to resolve it.
Issue I am facing with my Linux (RHEL-5 32-bit) machine, where I am not able to connect to internet.
DWR-113 - D-Link Router is configured for 3G dongle (Vodafone India) - This setup is done via WiFi and not using the provided LAN cable from Win7 machine.
Internet is working absolutely fine in case of Wireless but, at same time when LAN cable is used internet is not working. [Able to ping to Router IP i.e. 192.168.0.1)
Similarly, from Linux box, ping to Router IP is working [LAN plugged] but, Internet not working. IP of linux machine: 192.168.0.60
Also, able to get the console connection of Linux from Windows box..[Windows connected to Router via WiFi and Linux connected to Router via LAN cable]
Please suggest how to get rid of this problem so that Internet will work on Linux via LAN cable.
Many Thanks,

Wireless mouse and wireless keyboard is not working in Linux distro's.
Read the similar threads on this issue. Boot mode is set for UEFI and Legacy therefore not sure what to do to enable mouse and keyboard? The mouse and keyboard use the same 'receiver' and the receiver indicator is green when Linux distro is fully loaded. Have tried various distro's, Ubuntu, and Ubuntu based distro's using LIVE DVD method on all. Latest distro tried is Peach 14.04.1 TW.40 64 bit. Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3, CPU AMD FX6300 3.5 Ghz six core.
Thanks for any assistance.
